Six weeks along, yay! So far everything seems fairly normal. Especially when it comes to morning sickness; however, the word morning is very miss leading for me, it's been more like all day sickness. It has gotten bad enough that it has interrupted life, I've barely work 20 hours this week, (Normally I work 40) though part of that is the fact that we have false floors at work, so my desk and chair are constantly shaking.
On the plus side, I have been trying to find natural ways of combating this. So far mints have worked the best with peanuts following at a close second. No matter what I use though, the queasiness always returns and I feel like crap. I do realize though, that this is all worth it. Once I hold that little bundle of joy in my arms, it will all be worth it, and that's what keeps me happy through this all.
Other than the increase of morning sickness, there hasn't been much change. Occasionally I crave things, like orange juice, chocolate milk, mac and cheese, and grilled cheese with salami on it, but it's nothing that's really been a MUST GO OUT AND GET kind of thing. Onward to Week Seven and beyond, the 25th is approaching fast, hopefully I'll have ultrasound pictures then.
Preggie Pops. They come in little drops, taste good, and helped my morning sickness.
